On April 16 2024 I discovered my 11 year old refrigerator freezer was 'dead'. On April 17th I asked a neighbor where she got her appliances as she mentioned over the years how happy she was with a local dealer. On that day, April 17th I called and spoke with the owner and gave him the information of the size etc of my present 'dead' refrig. I told him to select one he thought was appropriate. AND THE BEST of this WAS HIS DELIVERY MEN could DELIVER it by 3 pm on April 17th. NOW that is SERVICE!!!! He saved me from having a house full of people on April 20th with NO REFRIG/FREEZER!!! The refrigerator the owner picked out for me has me enjoying the shelf set up and especially the freezer set up of this GE refrigerator over my last LG. I can not say enough to recommend a LOCAL Business over the big box stores!!!!!

Had a problem with my dryer. Not heating but running. Talked to the gentleman at Good Housekeeping & advised to bring in heating fuses. Told where they were. Brought them in & he tested them. One not working. Got a replacement & now works great Wonderful service
